2.炭黑分散度:炭黑粗糙度對炭黑的導電性需要一定的粗糙度,因此炭黑容易形成導電通道,因此炭黑的氮吸附表麵積和CTAB表麵積差別很大。
3.炭黑分散度:表(biao)麵(mian)揮(hui)發(fa)分(fen)炭(tan)黑(hei)表(biao)麵(mian)的(de)揮(hui)發(fa)分(fen)主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)部(bu)分(fen)有(you)機(ji)基(ji)團(tuan)和(he)未(wei)完(wan)全(quan)分(fen)解(jie)的(de)油(you)膜(mo)形(xing)成(cheng),形(xing)成(cheng)絕(jue)緣(yuan)層(ceng),增(zeng)加(jia)炭(tan)黑(hei)粒(li)子(zi)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)屏(ping)障(zhang),嚴(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)導(dao)電(dian)性(xing),因(yin)此(ci)應(ying)將(jiang)揮(hui)發(fa)分(fen)控(kong)製(zhi)在(zai)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)限(xian)度(du)內(nei)。
4.炭黑分散度:灰(hui)分(fen)和(he)水(shui)分(fen)炭(tan)黑(hei)的(de)灰(hui)分(fen)和(he)含(han)水(shui)量(liang)較(jiao)高(gao),實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)降(jiang)低(di)了(le)炭(tan)黑(hei)的(de)含(han)量(liang)。對(dui)導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)也(ye)有(you)不(bu)利(li)影(ying)響(xiang),生(sheng)產(chan)時(shi)要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)控(kong)製(zhi)炭(tan)黑(hei)的(de)灰(hui)分(fen)和(he)含(han)水(shui)量(liang)。相(xiang)反(fan),Ketjen BlackEC和乙炔炭黑的碳含量均在99.8%左右,普通炭黑不到98%。水分含量一般要控製在2.5%以下。否則會產生大量泡沫,影響產品的力學性能。
