熱(re)重(zhong)差(cha)熱(re)分(fen)析(xi)儀(yi)是(shi)利(li)用(yong)差(cha)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou),從(cong)而(er)確(que)定(ding)熱(re)中(zhong)性(xing)體(ti)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)測(ce)樣(yang)品(pin)在(zai)加(jia)熱(re)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)溫(wen)差(cha),從(cong)而(er)將(jiang)差(cha)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)的(de)兩(liang)個(ge)熱(re)端(duan)分(fen)別(bie)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)熱(re)中(zhong)性(xing)體(ti)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)測(ce)樣(yang)品(pin)之(zhi)中(zhong),在(zai)均(jun)勻(yun)加(jia)熱(re)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),如(ru)果(guo)樣(yang)品(pin)並(bing)沒(mei)有(you)發(fa)生(sheng)明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)物(wu)理(li)以(yi)及(ji)化(hua)學(xue)變(bian)化(hua),就(jiu)代(dai)表(biao)沒(mei)有(you)熱(re)效(xiao)應(ying)產(chan)生(sheng),則(ze)被(bei)測(ce)樣(yang)品(pin)與(yu)熱(re)中(zhong)性(xing)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)並(bing)沒(mei)有(you)溫(wen)差(cha)存(cun)在(zai),在(zai)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)的(de)兩(liang)端(duan)的(de)熱(re)電(dian)勢(shi)就(jiu)會(hui)相(xiang)互(hu)抵(di)消(xiao)。
如(ru)果(guo)樣(yang)品(pin)出(chu)現(xian)了(le)物(wu)理(li)化(hua)學(xue)變(bian)化(hua)就(jiu)代(dai)表(biao)有(you)熱(re)效(xiao)應(ying)產(chan)生(sheng),則(ze)被(bei)試(shi)樣(yang)品(pin)以(yi)及(ji)熱(re)中(zhong)性(xing)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)存(cun)在(zai)溫(wen)差(cha)熱(re)差(cha)電(dian)偶(ou)就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)一(yi)個(ge)溫(wen)差(cha)電(dian)勢(shi)這(zhe)樣(yang)子(zi)利(li)用(yong)熱(re)重(zhong)差(cha)熱(re)分(fen)析(xi)儀(yi)將(jiang)被(bei)測(ce)試(shi)的(de)樣(yang)品(pin)與(yu)熱(re)中(zhong)性(xing)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)溫(wen)差(cha)和(he)時(shi)間(jian)製(zhi)作(zuo)曲(qu)線(xian)圖(tu)就(jiu)能(neng)夠(gou)得(de)到(dao)差(cha)熱(re)曲(qu)線(xian),而(er)當(dang)沒(mei)有(you)熱(re)效(xiao)應(ying)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),溫(wen)差(cha)是(shi)0,則熱差曲線為水平線。

熱(re)重(zhong)差(cha)熱(re)分(fen)析(xi)儀(yi)利(li)用(yong)溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)以(yi)及(ji)差(cha)熱(re)信(xin)號(hao)測(ce)試(shi)係(xi)統(tong)所(suo)組(zu)成(cheng),同(tong)時(shi)輔(fu)助(zhu)了(le)冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)和(he)氣(qi)氛(fen)通(tong)道(dao),將(jiang)測(ce)量(liang)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)的(de)結(jie)果(guo)由(you)記(ji)錄(lu)儀(yi)或(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)數(shu)據(ju)處(chu)理(li)係(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)處(chu)置(zhi),熱(re)重(zhong)差(cha)熱(re)分(fen)析(xi)儀(yi)由(you)程(cheng)序(xu)溫(wen)度(du)來(lai)控(kong)製(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan),從(cong)而(er)控(kong)製(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)以(yi)及(ji)加(jia)熱(re)爐(lu)的(de)組(zu)成(cheng)程(cheng)序(xu)。

熱(re)重(zhong)差(cha)熱(re)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)即(ji)樣(yang)品(pin)支(zhi)架(jia),由(you)一(yi)對(dui)差(cha)接(jie)的(de)點(dian)狀(zhuang)熱(re)電(dian)耦(ou)和(he)四(si)孔(kong)氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)杆(gan)等(deng)裝(zhuang)配(pei)而(er)成(cheng),測(ce)定(ding)時(shi)將(jiang)試(shi)樣(yang)與(yu)參(can)比(bi)物(wu)分(fen)別(bie)放(fang)在(zai)兩(liang)隻(zhi)坩(gan)堝(guo)中(zhong),置(zhi)於(yu)樣(yang)品(pin)杆(gan)的(de)托(tuo)盤(pan)上(shang),然(ran)後(hou)使(shi)加(jia)熱(re)爐(lu)按(an)一(yi)定(ding)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)溫(wen)。
如果試樣在升溫過程中沒有熱反應(吸熱或放熱),則其與參比物之間的溫差ΔT=0;如果試樣產生相變或氣化則吸熱,產生氧化分解則放熱,從而產生溫差ΔT,將ΔT所對應的電勢差(電位)放大並記錄,便得到差熱曲線。
